Our friendly skin specialist dermatologists are Dr Bruce Taylor, Dr Jennifer Taylor and Dr Niroshi Gunarathne, all have a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of dermatology. Dr Michael Horwich has now returned to USA.
We are located handy to central Wellington city – our main practice is at the top of the cable car from Lambton Quay, on Upland Road.

We specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of Skin Cancer including Melanoma, and all aspects of skin, hair and nail disorders and conditions. This includes acne, psoriasis, eczema, redness, pigmentation, skin cancer, wart removal, cosmetic treatments and more. Welcome to Dr Niroshi Gunarathne
Niroshi is a specialist qualified dermatologist who has previously worked at Wellington and Hutt hospitals. Niroshi has a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology experience and we warmly welcome her to the practice.
New Patients
We are currently accepting G.P. referrals for new patients. Referrals will be triaged by the dermatologists to prioritise your referral.
Patients seen in the last 12 months will be seen for a new issue however we are unable to offer routine skin checks at this time.

Subject: Appointment, include full name, date of birth, email address, phone number & the name of the doctor you wish to book with.
Requesting a repeat prescription
Please email: reception@wellingtondermatology.nz or leave a message. Please provide the following:
Subject: Script, include full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, medicine required and the name of the pharmacy you use. Please note repeat prescriptions need to be paid for prior to issuing the script to your preferred pharmacy.
